Extending a deadline
Have you received an invoice, first reminder or second reminder with threat of debt enforcement from us with regard to your journey without a valid ticket? Would you like to extend the deadline for payment?
Our condition for extending a deadline or deferring a payment is that no new journeys are made without a valid ticket within the payment period.
